There is a mill
in the ditch, by the house.
The mill wheel stands still
year in and year out.
Bushes are already growing
around the mill house.
The Mühlbachl, gone:
The mill wheel stands mute.
The Mühlbachl, which once
the mill wheel turned,
would like to sing again
his run of the mill prayer.
